Shipping to The Netherlands and Belgium
Orders placed on working days, will be shipped at latest the next working day.
All packages from One First Step are sent with Post NL. As soon as the package has been sent you will receive the Track & Trace code by email. Upon delivery, the recipient must sign for receipt.

Shipping rates within The Netherlands are as follows:

Eurozone 1 (except The Netherlands)
Countries within Europe, inside Eurozone 1 (Austria, Denemarken, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Sweden, United Kingdom), the following shipping fees apply. Delivery times may vary between destinations.

Free shipping on all orders over €150,-

Eurozone 2
Countries within Europe, but outside Eurozone 1 (Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, Turkey), the following shipping fees apply. Delivery times may vary between destinations.

International shipping
For all countries outside Europe, the following shipping fees apply. Delivery times may vary between destinations.

Shipping abroad
Onefirststep-kids.com also delivers outside of The Netherlands and internationally. The shipping costs for customers from abroad are in accordance with Post NL’s rates.

Shipping with Track & Trace
We ship all orders with Track & Trace code and signature for receipt. This is done via PostNL to the delivery address specified when ordering. If we for some reason deviate from this address, you will be notified by e-mail.

Not at home?
If you were not at home when PostNL tried to deliver your order, you will find a card in the letterbox with a delivery code on it. With this card, you can pick up your package at a Post NL location nearby. Don’t forget your ID!

Pick up in store
We also provide the option to pick up your order in our store in The Hague. After placing and paying for your order you can contact One First Step by email or telephone. Orders placed on working days are ready in the store the same day. Take your invoice with you (printed or digital on your smartphone) to the store when you pick up your order. This invoice serves as proof of sale. If the ordered items are not to your liking, they can also be exchanged or returned them in the store. The financial settlement of returns/exchanges is handled via the webshop. You will therefore not receive a purchase amount back in the store, but the amount in question will be refunded to your account via onefirststep-kids.com.

Retourneren
Indien je niet tevreden bent met een ontvangen product of je wilt een product ruilen, heb je het recht het product aan Black-online.nl te retourneren of te ruilen.

Return conditions:
1. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return items up to 10 days after receipt. You can request this via the website by filling in the contact form. We would appreciate if you would register your return or exchange within 10 days of receipt via our contact form. We will announce the return address.

Send your package back within 10 days. The costs for this are for your own account

Contact Form
When returning and/or exchanging, fill in the contact form stating the invoice number. The invoice number is stated on the invoice you received by email. Enter the article of the product that you want to exchange/return and, if possible, the reason for return.

Returns
Please make sure that the item to be returned still has the original labels and if possible in the original packaging. Items are not accepted:

  • if the original label is missing
  • if they have been worn and/or washed,
  • are damaged or when you have tried to repair the damage yourself;
  • if you have not followed the return conditions.

The return costs of shipping are for the account of the customer. We advise you to return the package by registered mail so that the package can be traced with a track & trace code.

Exchange
Exchange is only possible if it concerns the same item in a different size. If you wish to exchange, the exchanged product will be sent to you free of charge. You pay the return costs of shipping yourself at the post office. Please also follow the steps in the return conditions. After we have received the return shipment, we will send the new item.

Liability
Onefirststep-kids.com is not liable for any damage directly or indirectly, after delivery for whatever reason, caused by the buyer, to others or to property of third parties. Onefirststep-kids.com is not liable for unavailability on the webshop or for technical or electronic errors on the website.

Processing returns and refunds
Onefirststep-kids.com will refund the paid purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, directly to your bank account within 10 working days after a product has been returned in good condition. From the moment that Onefirststep-kids.com refunds the purchase amount, a processing time of 2 to 3 days must be taken into account via the Mollie payment system.
The above is also valid for SALE purchases.
