Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship worldwide. For shipping information and pricing, please see our shipping and returns page.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place your order. However, creating an account is recommended. An account give you the advantage to see your order history, and create a wishlist.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For shipping items, we have chosen to cooperate with the Dutch National Post and Parcel Courrier, PostNL.

How Can I Return a Product?

We only ship products that meet our highest standards before shipping them to our customers. If the item you have received is damaged, you have the right to return the item within 10 days of delivery. For more information, please visit our shipping and returns page.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. Depending where you are located, shipping times can vary. With the track & trace that you will receive by email, you can trace the order at any time. You also have the option to collect your order in our store in The Hague.

How Do I Track My Order?

A track and trace code will be created when we process your order. This track and trace code will be sent to your email that you entered during the checkout.
